Production Director, Entertainment Solutions, Inc.
Cody Koziol is an Production Director for Entertainment Solutions, Inc. Born into an event production family, Cody spent a decent amount of his childhood years on event sites obtaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge from some of the best in the business. Growing up Cody was able to experience firsthand a variety of Arizona’s largest signature events such as: Circle K Tempe Music Festival, Fiesta Bowl New Year’s Eve Block Party, Arizona Centennial Best Fest, and the ESPN Super Bowl Fan Fest.
Cody Graduated from the University of Arizona School of Government & Public Policy in 2020 with a degree in Public Management & Policy and a minor in Business Administration. While studying at University of Arizona, Cody was involved with Associated Students of The University of Arizona (ASUA) where he held the role of Field Operations Director for Spring Fling, the largest student run carnival in the United States. During this time, Cody also worked as a contracted employee for various events locally and nationally.
Upon college graduation and prior to joining the Entertainment Solutions team full time, Cody worked as a sales representative for Fortune 500 company United Rentals where he worked with Construction & Event Contractors on formulating rental plans, determining heavy equipment needs and creating suitable solutions for customer issues.
In 2021, Cody joined the Entertainment Solutions, Inc. team full time and he now manages operations and logistics for a wide variety of local & national large-scale festivals, concerts & community events. Cody takes on each project with high level of enthusiasm, attentiveness, and devotion to achieve success. After all, “in this business you’re only as good as your last show”.
