The City of Scottsdale’s Office of Tourism & Events collaborates with Entertainment Solutions, Inc. on the programming, production and management of a month-long series of live events throughout Old Town Scottsdale each December. Kicking off with the City’s official Tree Lighting and Sing-Along that attracts upwards of 5,000 people to the Scottsdale Waterfront, Scottsdazzle shines throughout the entire holiday season with public holiday events, ticketed specialty events and live entertainment.
Services Provided:
Working in conjunction with the Scottsdale Tourism & Events Team, Entertainment Solutions, Inc. provides a multitude of Event Programming & Management Services including:
- Themed Live Entertainment including Holiday Orchestras, Jazz Performances, Nutcracker Ballet, and walkaround visual performances
- Technical Production including staging, sound, lighting and video production
- Event infrastructure and equipment procurement
- Signage and Branding
- Concessions Management
- Staffing an on-site management of all aspects of the month-long event series
